She also advises clients on a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including securities defense, civil fraud claims, and civil RICO matters.

Robin has extensive experience in complex criminal and regulatory defense litigation involving white collar and antitrust matters, in state and federal courts in Florida and around the country. She has acted as lead trial lawyer in a variety of trials, most recently successfully obtaining an acquittal for an attorney in a complex mortgage fraud case in the Southern District of Florida. In addition, she co-tried a groundbreaking case in which the defense secured an acquittal of all 141 counts against a medical doctor. Robin was part of the appellate team that convinced the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals that the evidence against a doctor in a Medicare fraud scheme was not enough to show that she willingly joined a conspiracy to submit false claims to the government, and the district court erred in denying her motion for acquittal. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit overturned her conviction. Robin has handled cases involving complex tax, anti-trust, wire fraud, mail fraud, RICO, money laundering, Sarbanes-Oxley, drug trafficking, bank fraud, healthcare fraud; as well as alleged violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FDA regulations, and the Arms Export Controls Act.
